What Really Happens In Bali
This series being aired on the 7 Network explores the real and often self-inflicted issues, problems and misadventures that Australian tourists face in Bali where, on average, 80 Australians die every year. If the series has any educational value, it is in that it tries to warn Bali bound tourist of the potential dangers they face how not to behave. But this message will probably fall on deaf ears especially for those who want to party hard in a place where there seems to be very few restrictions, legal or otherwise. It certainly does not present a very flattering image of Australians abroad and makes us look like a pack of lawless, disrespectful and uncouth yobbos, an image which is probably well-deserved.
